Running can be lonely.
Luckily for the competetors in the Franklin Half Marathon in Tennessee, they were greeted with some energetic fans who definitely livened up the trail. Armed with dueling banjos and a squealing pig sound effect, locals April and Red Duck Cantrell provided entertainment to the runners and spectators. The heckling was all in good fun (no profanity), but around the 4:20 mark, one runner may have been the victim of an attempted hillbilly kidnapping.
Now, can we get these fine folks to Cowtown?
