A 25-year-old Oklahoma City woman, Thomasine Harjo, clearly isn’t very good at learning her lesson.

News 9 in Oklahoma is reporting that she was arrested after allegedly driving through the scene of a fatal accident on December 26th. Harjo drove her car through police tape and into the OKC crime scene, almost hitting a police officer in the process.

When police questioned her they detected alcohol on her breath, and decided to arrest her for DUI.

The best part of the story? Harjo told police that she couldn’t go to jail because she was on her way to a court appearance for a previous DUI charge.

She was charged with DUI, driving without a valid driver’s license and obstruction of justice.

Hopefully Harjo can avoid getting arrested for a third time when she has to show up in court to face those charges.
