Noel Gallagher, former lead singer and guitarist of the British band, Oasis, was in the middle of a heated argument and ACTUALLY played the role of peacekeeper between the two rockers at a late night party.

Well, Gallagher was lucky enough to step in between a verbal spat that included siblings Jon and Chris McClure, band members of the group Reverend and the Makers. This fight occurred on tour at a wild party Gallagher threw in 2009.

Jon McClure said, “It was the final gig and Noel said, ‘This is mash-up (heavy partying) night. We’re going to the moon. Book your tickets.’ “We were all off our nuts (drunk). My brother and I were squaring up to each other and Noel had to step in.”

It is not known exactly what sparked an almost fist fight between the two siblings but when they were both squaring off at each other, Gallagher stepped in and said, “Ah, this reminds me of another couple of brothers.”

The ironic part of this whole situation is that Noel is still in a sibling feud with his brother and former band member of Oasis, Liam Gallagher. These two broke up the band in 2009 after a show in France and currently are both in a legal battle with Liam suing Noel for libel.
