Actor Mark Wahlberg is heading back to school.

Here’s hoping he goes shirtless for gym class!

The Class of 2013 will most likely have a famous face among its graduates:  Mark Wahlberg.

The 41-year-old star of such films as Rock Star, The Fighter and the upcoming Ted has revealed plans to earn his high school diploma.

Wahlberg, whose troubled youth led him to dropping out in the ninth grade, recently told David Letterman he has enrolled in online classes and will be using a Web-based program in Massachusetts to help him achieve his goal.

In addition to his four kids motivating him, Wahlberg was just appointed ambassador to Taco Bell‘s Graduate To Go program, which works with students in the Boys and Girls Club of America.  Says Wahlberg, “They asked me to do this and I was like, ‘Dude, I never graduated.’”
