Who knew a purse could double as a firearm?!

A woman in Pennsylvania was wounded when a bullet in her purse exploded and struck her in the leg.

Montoursville Deputy Police Chief Jason Bentley said the unidentified 56-year-old was shopping at Lowe’s when apparently “something must of hit the primer of one of the bullets,” causing it to explode and turning the woman’s handbag into a firearm.

She was taken to a local hospital and treated for her injuries before being discharged.
