Police in Kemah ,Texas say a naked man riding a unicycle on a Houston-area bridge has been accused of distracting drivers and creating a hazard.
Chief Greg Rikard of the Kemah police said 45-year-old Joseph Glynn Farley, of Clear Lake, has been charged with indecent exposure. Farley was jailed Thursday on the misdemeanor count, his bond was set at $1,500.
Rikard added that Farley was not intoxicated or impaired in any way when he was arrested Wednesday afternoon in his birthday suit on a bridge that links Kemah and Seabrook.
Farley claimed he liked the way if felt, and police found his close at the base of the bridge.
The police added that Farley had been falling off the unicycle and into traffic.
