Sheen has recruited his former spouse to guest star on his upcoming FX comedy series Anger Management

Sheen’s new show will premiere on Thursday, June 28th at 8:00pm with back-to-back episodes.

Richards will play Lori, the new business partner of Sheen’s onscreen ex, Jennifer (Shawnee Smith).

The show it loosely based on the 2003 film with the same name starring Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler. In Anger Management, Sheen plays Charlie Goodson, a former baseball player with rage issues who winds up as an unconventional anger management therapist. Selma Blair has also signed on to play another therapist and possible love interest for Sheen’s character.

It’s not the first time Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have worked together. Richards portrayed Sheen’s girlfriend on Spin City, and had a recurring role as his ex on Two and a Half Men.
