Food Truck Spotlight: 3 Men And A Taco Review
Parking the Jack Burb (suburban) by the 3 Men and a Taco Food Truck, a bright celebration of colors enticed those who were on Flora Street that day. 3 Men and a Taco Food Truck at first glance gives you such a fun vibe with all the different tacos, bright pink exterior, a monkey and rooster. Made me smile!
The owners, Olivia, Cameron & Scott take this fun truck around Dallas to feed those who want scrumptious tacos, authentic English food and yes, even great food for hangovers! Seriously, we all need great food for hangovers…no more Taco Bell!!! AND all the food is fresh, homemade and they even use seasonal items they can get in Dallas. Let’s go back to the English Food, yes, the brothers are from England (WELCOME TO TEXAS) and make the authentic English Pub Food by hand…and can I say, OMG, soooooo good.
First, I tried the Chicken Curry Taco with Mango Pico de Gallo. I know! Your mouth is watering reading the name of it too. Let me tell you one thing, it’s yummy. It’s lite, tons of flavor and leaves you wanting more. It made my “food baby” happy!!!
So next, my “food baby” (my stomach) tried the Caroline BBQ Pork taco with traditional Pico de Gallo. Olivia states they sell tons of this taco. Not only is it amazing, I can picture myself wanting it after a long night of drinking…sorry if I show up with my PJ’s on. This BBQ is on the vinegar side of BBQ’s and works so great with the pork and pico. Try it…no questions…try it.
[photogallerylink id=103245 align=right]Being from Texas, and yet traveling all my life, I’ve not tried a true English Beef Pie. I couldn’t wait after I saw the beautiful pie crusted goodness in front of me. The crust alone was a work of art. I dug in..the juicy minced meat (beef) inside with the crust was well, one word, amazing! I’m going back in for one of those! Scott mentioned true Englishmen/women put ketchup on their beef pies…I liked it plain. I think because it was so pretty!
They also provided us with a Sausage Roll. Again, beautiful crust that is truly handmade, sausage was yummy but I have to admit, I did like the Beef Pie better. I mean if someone gave me a Sausage Roll, I’m not turning it away at all!!! It was yummo to my food baby.
Thank you 3 Men and a Taco for a lovely meeting, some of the best food yet and your truck that could make a honey badger smile.
I’ll b back!
