I’m going to tell you that the owner of the So-Cal Tacos Food Truck is the PERFECT fit for his food truck, you have to take me seriously!

Scott Wooley, laid back but energetic, charming and very personable…very much like his yummy tacos and salsa!  We met up with Scott and “Woody” (his truck) in Las Colinas to enjoy 3 different tacos.  Let’s get to their review.

The Tacos:

The Game Changer – This yummy taco’s ingredients were “Honey Glazed Chipotle Salmon”.  Helloooo…enough said.  Tasty, healthy, and left me wanting another and another and another!

[photogallerylink id=100612 align=right]Second taco I tried:  The Newport – Red meat fix anyone?  It’s the perfect size, has great flavor on the steak and really amazing with So-Cals yummy salsa on top.

Also tried the Laguna:  This taco has shrimp and goodness.  Again, healthy, great tasting and add the salsa, event better!

Over all, would recommend to friends.  It was a fun experience and great food.
