Met with the owners of Wiener Man Foodtruck at the Rahr Brewery in Fort Worth.  Wieners and beer!  YES!

Meeting Bryce Tomberlin and his lovely girlfriend,  Aven Estes on a warm November day back in 2011 was a real treat.  Cool hip couple/co-owners of the Wiener Man truck, both went to college and decided, let’s open a truck that will produce fresh, yummy goodness hot dogs to Ft Worth.

The Food:

The first hot dog they produced was “The Crunch”.  OMG!  The description on their website: “Crispy griddled bacon and crunchy potato chips combine with fresh shredded cheddar and yellow mustard to create the mythical, mystical CRUNCH!”  Can I say “AMEN!”  I’ve always love the chip in the sandwich trick, it made this hot dog sooo good.  AND can we say bacon…my mouth’s watering thinking about it.

We also tried a little pulled ham sandwich.  After I took one bite, I didn’t know what to say.  The sandwich was amazing!  The feta brought out the flavors and the ham was perfect!

Thank you Weiner Man for having us out to enjoy the great company, amazing food and yes the beer!
