[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bush[/lastfm] is just days away from kicking off their U.S. tour in support of their new upcoming studio album The Sea of Memories; which hits the shelves next month.
Gavin Rossdale and his fellow band mates kick off the U.S. portion of their tour down in Austin at Stubb’s BBQ this coming Wednesday night, August 17.
They’ll do a couple more festivals through out the month and then they’ll officially kick off the fall run of their tour on September 13 in Billings, Montana.
September 13 just happens to fall on the same day their new album The Sea of Memories will be released.
According to pollstar.com, the album is the first one released on the band’s own record label Zuma Rock Records and will be released via exclusive partnership with eOne Music.
The upcoming album was produced by Bob Rock who has worked previously with [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Aerosmith[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Metallica[/lastfm].
Now to the juicy part.
They will eventually make their way through Dallas on October 23 when they play at Grand Prairie’s Verizon Theatre.
To add the cherry on top of this delicious rock fest, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Filter[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chevelle[/lastfm] will be the opening acts.
After their October 28 show in San Antonio, the band will head to Europe.
